Farrell can prepare a cost bid and construction schedule in a couple of days after receiving the the following information:

1. Soil Boring Logs (soil conditions),

2. Foundation Plan (with grids), and

3. Structural Loads (D, L, E) per column and wall.

The bid and estimate process:

At a minimum, we need items 1, 2, and 3 for a good estimate.

1. Geotechnical Engineering Reports for the site with boring logs and laboratory test data

2. Structural plans with grid lines showing column and wall locations for foundation layout.

3. Structural loads for each column and wall corresponding to grid lines (Dead, Live, and Earthquake loads).

4. Email preliminary foundation sheets (Autocad 2004).

5. Please indicate approximate design submittal and construction schedule dates.

6. With this information, we can prepare a preliminary design-build bid. This will include a Letter of Intent (LOI) for final design authorization.

7. Once the preliminary bid is accepted with a signed LOI, FARRELL will begin preparation of a final Geopier Design-Build Submittal that includes design, calculations, plans, and specifications.
