Impact® Pier Description: The Impact® Pier system uses vertically forced displacement technology to densify and reinforce loose and weak soil below groundwater, including loose sand, silt, clay, mixed soil layers, and uncontrolled fill. With construction that utilizes vertical vibratory impact ramming, the Impact pier exhibits higher strength and stiffness than traditional vibrated stone columns.
